The Lucid DyeMax LE Felon is an over-stable Fairway Driver designed, because of the unforgiving winds in Kansas.  This disc is your go-to disc when everyone is bundled up trying not to blow away and you're on the Disc Golf Course.  Keeping the Felon low to the ground will provide excellent results.  Throwing hyzer it's predictable, especially with the wind shots.  It sails for miles without turning over even when thrown into headwinds.
