This disc is the perfect happy medium to a Putt & Approach disc. The Disc Golf basket is too far for a putt, but too short for a throw, pick-up the Slammer. This disc feels like a putter but can be thrown with power and won't flip over. It has a thumbtrac on the top of its flight plate and many describe the feel of the disc-like the Lat 64 Caltrop. Grippy, solid and easy to throw starter discs! Im an intermediate player but love the soft, gripiness of the D-line plastics. The FD feels great with my grip and predictably flies with superb distance. The MD2 flies controllably to any angle I use. The P1 feels just right with its deep rim and straight flight out of my hands.
Great starter backpack for my discs, it easily holds about 15-18 of my Discmania discs including 2-3 putters on top for easy access. It has plenty of room for my keys, wallet, phone, gum and snack. The two water bottle holders is a bonus, I use one to hold my bluetooth speaker. The opening to the main compartment is a bit small to place and remove a disc, but it's still a functional, practical, stylish bag for taking in a round or two, as well as doing some field work.
I prefer backpacks for comfort, but this is a great little bag with plenty of space to carry 15-18 of my discs around for a short round. There's room for my big water bottle and a spacious pocket for a snack, keys, wallet and phone.
Love it for my forehand! Threw The rock at stonewall - a 12000 ft course and it got me a solid -7 in that sturdy wind.

Very good disc stable to just a tad over stable. Stability depends on the dome of the disc. This one has a slight turn and a reliable fade at the end of its flight. Would recommend this disc to any one who has been playing for awhile.
if ur looking for something straighter than a c-line PD and more reliable than a c-line CD2, the Lone Howl is gonna do it. swirly s-line is super comfy right out of the box and the most recent run of PD is nice and flat. good for forehand and backhand and Colten is throwing these 500’+ so u know its really nice.
