This disc is a very fast and straight distance driver.  You will immediately know it's a Groove since there's a....Groove in its rim!  Both sidearm or backhand can be thrown with low or high speed resulting in excellent distance off the tee.  If the Innova Boss was too much for you to handle, try sticking your hand into the Groove.
